DEEPTI SURI

Deepti Suri received her medical education followed by residency in Pediatrics at the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sewagram, India. She joined the Advanced Pediatrics Centre, Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, a highly specialized pediatric centre in Chandigarh, India as a senior resident in 2003 and is currently Professor of Pediatric Allergy and Immunology at the same institute. She was awarded Commonwealth Medical Fellowship in the year 2019 and was trained in Pediatric Immunology and Bone Marrow Transplantation at Great North Children’s Hospital, Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom. She also received training in immunological and molecular techniques for TB and HIV Diagnosis in children at New York University School of Medicine, New York in 2015. She is a Founding member of the Indian Society of Primary Immune Deficiency and her main areas of interest are Wiskott Aldrich syndrome and autoinflammatory diseases.
