Abstract submission page is  now open  and will be closed August 15th 2024.

Please submit your abstract via this form. 
 

Abstract submission rules:

• Abstract can only be submitted via this online form. 

• Abstract language is English. 

• Please fill the personal details and continue to the file uploading page.

• Upload you abstract in PDF format.

• The abstract shall have no more than 300 words. Your pdf file can include up to 2 charts or pictures if needed. 

• The file size shall be less than 5Mb. 

• WAS2024 is not responsible for errors in the abstract submission. It is important that you read your text to ensure accuracy with no spelling, grammatical or scientific errors.

• Incomplete abstracts will not be reviewed by the committee. 

• Please verify that you get confirmation e-mail within 48 hours assuring that we have got your abstract.

• If you have any question or you did not get any response please contact us at office@was.org.il

Acceptance/Rejection notification:

• Only submitting authors will be notified by e-mail by September 1st, 2024 if their abstract has been accepted.

• The Scientific Programme Committee do not correspond on the reasons of acceptance/rejection of an abstract.

   
Limited number of travel and accommodation grants will be available for participants that their abstract will be accepted for presentation. Please contact us for further information at: office@was.org.il
